Subprocessor Register
The remote service categories that PassportPhotoBox can use, and how the live list is kept current.
How to read this register
An operation that runs in the browser and a remote processing feature have different data paths. This register names the remote service categories supported by PassportPhotoBox. It does not pretend that every possible provider is active in every deployment. A payment, account or storage provider should be listed here only after it is enabled for users.
Current remote image paths
The backup process for background removal can send a PNG image copy through a PassportPhotoBox remote route to Hugging Face image processing services when the model that runs in the browser does not finish. Creative image generation can use a provider selected for the live service. PassportPhotoBox supports OpenAI, Fal, Together AI, Hugging Face and Pollinations options, but the active provider must be confirmed from the live service before it is presented as a current processor.
What is not listed as active
PassportPhotoBox does not currently present an enabled account database, a live payment processor, advertising analytics or a general remote photo library for ordinary editor sessions. Do not read a planned integration as an active processor. If a feature is added, this register and the Privacy Policy need a matching update before the feature is offered.
Questions about a transfer
When a local operation is enough, choosing it can avoid an unnecessary remote copy. When a remote feature is useful, read the Privacy Policy and use only a photo you are authorised to send. Ask a policy question through the contact page if the public information does not match the feature you see.
